Who we are

This policy explains how Monster Data Agents LLC (“Monster Data Agents,” “we,” “us”), a BIG VI$ION company, powered by Rooster Agents collects and uses information on monstermoney.ai and over SMS with MAX, our AI agent.

What we collect

Name, mobile number, email and the answers you give MAX; your SMS conversation; referral activity; tax/payout details you submit in The Bank (we store only the last 4 of an SSN/EIN); and basic device/usage data (IP, browser, pages viewed, cookies needed for secure access).

How we use it

To verify your phone and grant VIP access; to text you the training, your account and program updates; to create and run your Amba$$ador profile, track referrals and pay commissions; to prevent fraud; and to comply with law. MAX is an AI agent — messages may be processed by AI service providers acting on our behalf.

SMS data

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share them only with service providers that deliver our messages.

Sharing

We share information with service providers (hosting, messaging, AI processing, payments), with a data buyer only for a business you referred and only as needed to evaluate the deal, when required by law, or in a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices & rights

Reply STOP to any text to opt out. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by texting (435) 233-0843 or writing to our address below. California, Nevada and other state residents may have additional rights, which we honor; we do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Security & retention

We use encryption in transit, signed access cookies and limited staff access. We keep data while your profile is active and as needed for legal, tax and dispute purposes.

Children

The program is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
