Amba$$ador Terms

1. The program

These Amba$$ador Terms are an agreement between you and Monster Data Agents LLC (“Monster Data Agents,” “we,” “us”), a BIG VI$ION company, powered by Rooster Agents. As an Amba$$ador you may introduce businesses that may want to license their data to buyers in our vetted network. Free profiles are created in “The Bank,” our Amba$$ador back office.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+, a U.S. resident, and able to receive SMS at the number you provide. One profile per person. We may decline or close any profile at our discretion, including for spam, misrepresentation or abuse.

3. Referral credit

A referral is credited to you when the business is submitted with your personal referral link or code and is not already in our pipeline. If two Amba$$adors refer the same business, the first valid, tracked referral wins. Our records are final.

4. Commissions

You earn a commission only on deals that close and are paid by the buyer. The commission amount, percentage and any caps are shown in The Bank and may change prospectively with notice; changes never reduce commissions on deals already closed. No commission is earned on unpaid, refunded, or reversed amounts. Payouts require a completed tax/payout profile (e.g., W-9 info) and may be issued after we receive buyer funds.

5. Conduct

You may not spam, cold-text, make false or exaggerated claims (including earnings claims beyond our Earnings Disclaimer), impersonate us, name our buyers, promise a business a specific price, or bid on our brand terms in paid search. Disclose your affiliate relationship whenever you promote the program.

6. Independent contractor

You are an independent referral partner, not an employee, agent or legal representative of Monster Data Agents. You are responsible for your own taxes and expenses.

7. Confidentiality

Information about buyers, deal terms and referred businesses shared with you is confidential and may be used only to participate in the program.

8. No guarantee; limitation of liability

The program is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that any referral will close or that you will earn any amount. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to commissions earned and unpaid.

9. Changes & termination

Either party may end participation anytime. We may update these terms by posting a new version; continued participation means acceptance. Commissions earned before termination remain payable under these terms.

10. Governing law & disputes
